What is the event registration details report?

>>Back to reporting index

If your nonprofit uses the event registration feature, you can view all the participants in your event and their answers to your custom questions. In addition to who’s registered you can also see if they’re on a team and whether they’ve created their fundraising page yet.

You can access the event registration report through the fundraising summary. Click the blue iconblicon next to the event name to view it.

Use this report for:

  • Knowing how many people are attending your event
  • Creating a roster for the event
  • Seeing which registrants have created fundraising pages

You can break down your details by using two filters specific to this summary – online or offline registration, or card process status. To view who registered during a specific date range, enter a start and end date, and click Search.

Offline and online registrations
There are two types of registrations displayed in your report – offline and online.

  • Offline registrations are when people indicate they’ve registered through some other means than FirstGiving (for example, mail, phone or in-person).
  • Online registrations are when people register through FirstGiving.

Process status
There are two types of process status in report for credit card payments – processed and not processed.

  • Processed displays registration fees that have been authorized.
  • Not processed shows registration that have been submitted, but not yet authorized. These fees are subject to verification by FirstGiving’s card processor, Litle & Co.
