How do I edit my thank-you email and matching-gift message?
If donations made to your nonprofit are tax deductible, then contributions made to your nonprofit through the Firstgiving site are, too. 
However, be sure to to communicate this to your donors by customizing the thank-you copy with the “tax deductible” verbiage that makes it legal to claim donations on taxes. Not sure what this means? Please see page 29 under “Substanstiation Rules” of the IRS compliance guide for public charities.
To edit your thank-you message, Sign in to your nonprofit account. On the left, under email management click edit ‘thank you’ email.
