How do I get a list of people registered for my event?

To see who’s registered for your nonprofit’s event, sign in to your nonprofit account.

  1. Click the Reports tab
  2. Click Fundraising summary
  3. Click the blue iconblicon under Registrant details to see all the registrants for your event

In the blue grid, you can see 10 registrants at a time. You can also see a summary of registrants and amount in the box located in the top right of the page. Learn more about this report

Export your report to Excel if you’d like to see a complete list of registrants, including their contact information, answers to any custom registration questions, and whether they’ve also created a fundraising page. You can also use the Excel format to send out emails about the event or create mailing labels to send snail mail.
