I’m having problems signing in
Applications such as Norton’s Internet Security, Zone Alarm, PAL Evidence Eliminator, or other firewall or privacy protection software can interfere with the Firstgiving secure log in process.
If you have one of these products installed, you’ll need to make some modifications in order to log in to Firstgiving. Please follow these instructions:
- For Norton Internet Security or Norton Firewall, follow the instructions from Symantec here.
- For McAfee, follow the instructions from McAfee here.
- For ZoneAlarm Pro, select Privacy (in left margin) then, under the Site List tab, add www.firstgiving.com, allowing Session and Persistent Cookies, and Private Header (with 3rd Party Cookies disallowed and Web Bugs disabled).
- For other security or firewall software, visit the supplier’s site for technical assistance.
If you’re still having problems logging in, you might need to check your internet cookie settings.
